Meet the Founder

I founded Cardinal Point Analytics LLC because I know what it feels like to wake up excited to go to work.

In my career, I’ve been fortunate to work for organizations that truly got it right, not through perks or happy hours, but through clarity, respect, and a shared sense of purpose. I didn’t just feel like an employee; I felt like a partner in success. That kind of culture made me more loyal, more productive, and more innovative.

But I also saw how rare that experience was. Too many talented people burn out in environments without direction, and too many leaders struggle to bridge the gap.

My connection to this work is personal. I grew up watching my father serve as a correctional officer, and today I share life with my husband, a law enforcement deputy. I’ve seen both the pride and the pressures of serving in uniform and how culture can either strengthen resilience or quietly wear down the people behind the badge.

That perspective keeps me grounded. Retention and organizational health aren’t abstract concepts; they shape lives, families, and communities. My mission is to help agencies build cultures that honor the humanity of their officers, protect their wellbeing, and create stability that allows them to serve with strength and purpose.

With a finance background and a passion for organizational health, I created Cardinal Point Analytics to prove that thriving teams and strong retention go hand in hand. My goal is to help agencies engineer belonging and alignment so that staying and loving where you work becomes the rule, not the exception.
